When you place an order or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment providers)
- Design files you upload for printing
- Order history and communication records
We also automatically collect basic analytics data (pages visited, browser type, device) through cookies to improve our website.
How We Use Your Information
- Order fulfillment — to process, print, and ship your orders

Your Design Files
Design files you upload are used solely to produce your ordered products. We do not share, redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of your artwork. Temporary upload files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Completed order files are retained for reprints and order history.

All payments are processed through WooPayments (Stripe) and PayPal. Your full credit card number is never stored on our servers. All transactions use SSL encryption.
