Bring your own print-ready file
This is the option for anyone who already has their artwork laid out — in Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity, Canva, or anything else that exports a PNG. Upload the file and we print it as a UV DTF sticker exactly as supplied.
If you would rather arrange designs in your browser instead of preparing a file yourself, use our UV DTF gang sheets, which give you a layout tool and a fixed price per square foot.
These are hard-surface stickers, not garment transfers — they go on tumblers, mugs, glass, candles, signage and packaging, and they are applied by hand with no heat press.
How pricing works
Priced by the length of what you upload, at $0.34 per inch. The exact figure is calculated from your file and shown before you add it to your cart, so there is nothing to estimate.
$20 minimum. If your files for this product come to less than $20, the difference is added at checkout as a Minimum Charge Adjustment. Uploading several designs in one order counts toward the same minimum.
Tip: because you pay by length, a short wide layout costs less than a tall narrow one holding the same designs. Arranging pieces side by side rather than stacked is the cheapest way to order.
Uploading
- Upload your PNG. Large files are sent in chunks, so a slow connection will not break the upload.
- Check the quality badge. We show the effective resolution of each file at its print size, so you can see before ordering whether it will print sharply.
- Add to cart. Your calculated price carries straight through to checkout.
File requirements
- PNG files at 300 DPI with a fully transparent background.
- Sized at final sticker size. What you place on the sheet is exactly what we print.
- Trim the empty transparent space around each design before uploading.
- Keep edges clean and sharp. Soft or semi-transparent edges print with a visible halo.
Do not mirror your artwork. UV DTF prints right-reading — a mirrored file comes out backwards on the finished sticker.
Tip: small text and thin lines survive better on stickers than on fabric, but 300 DPI at final size is still the floor.
What we do not do
We print your files exactly as supplied — we do not remove backgrounds, resize artwork, or repair low-resolution images. We are a printing service, not a design studio.
Check your layout before ordering. Sheets go to print as submitted.
How to apply
- Clean the surface. Wipe it down and let it dry completely — dust or oil will stop the sticker bonding.
- Separate the backing. Lift the design away from the paper backing so it stays on the clear top film.
- Position and lay it down. Place one edge first, then smooth outwards from the centre to push the air out.
- Burnish firmly. Rub over the whole design with a squeegee, a card, or your thumb.
- Peel the top film slowly. Pull back at a low angle. If any part lifts with it, lay it back down, burnish again, and carry on.
No heat. These are stickers, not heat transfers — do not use a heat press or an iron.
Hard surfaces only. Made for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, ceramic, metal, acrylic and hard plastic. They will not bond to fabric.
Care: hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, and abrasive scrubbing.
