Only pay for the length you fill
A rolling UV DTF sheet has no fixed size. You start with a 22" wide roll and keep adding artwork down the sheet for as long as you need — the sheet extends with your layout and the price follows it. If you do not know in advance how much space your designs will take, this is the option to choose.
These are hard-surface stickers, not garment transfers — they go on tumblers, mugs, glass, candles, signage and packaging, and they are applied by hand with no heat press.
How it works
- Open the builder on this page to launch the layout tool in your browser.
- Add your artwork. Upload your PNGs, then drag, scale, rotate and duplicate them down the roll. The sheet extends as you fill it, up to 360" long.
- Add to cart. Your price is calculated from the finished length of your layout and shown in the builder before you check out.
Pricing
Rolling sheets are priced by how much of the roll your finished layout occupies, so packing your designs tightly directly lowers what you pay. The running price updates in the builder as you add and move artwork, and that figure carries through to your cart.

File requirements
- PNG files at 300 DPI with a fully transparent background.
- Sized at final sticker size. What you place on the sheet is exactly what we print.
- Trim the empty transparent space around each design before uploading.
- Keep edges clean and sharp. Soft or semi-transparent edges print with a visible halo.
Do not mirror your artwork. UV DTF prints right-reading — a mirrored file comes out backwards on the finished sticker.
Tip: small text and thin lines survive better on stickers than on fabric, but 300 DPI at final size is still the floor.
What we do not do
We print your files exactly as supplied — we do not remove backgrounds, resize artwork, or repair low-resolution images. We are a printing service, not a design studio.
Check your layout before ordering. Sheets go to print as submitted.
How to apply
- Clean the surface. Wipe it down and let it dry completely — dust or oil will stop the sticker bonding.
- Separate the backing. Lift the design away from the paper backing so it stays on the clear top film.
- Position and lay it down. Place one edge first, then smooth outwards from the centre to push the air out.
- Burnish firmly. Rub over the whole design with a squeegee, a card, or your thumb.
- Peel the top film slowly. Pull back at a low angle. If any part lifts with it, lay it back down, burnish again, and carry on.
No heat. These are stickers, not heat transfers — do not use a heat press or an iron.
Hard surfaces only. Made for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass, ceramic, metal, acrylic and hard plastic. They will not bond to fabric.
Care: hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, and abrasive scrubbing.
