One sheet, all your designs
A gang sheet is a single large DTF transfer with all of your artwork arranged on it. You pay for the sheet rather than per design, so every inch you fill brings your cost per print down. Logos, names, numbers, pocket prints and full-back graphics can all share the same sheet.
Built for apparel brands, print shops, schools and sports teams, online sellers, event merch, and anyone running short batches with no minimum order.
How it works
- Choose your sheet length. Every sheet is 22.5" wide. Lengths run from 12" to 360" in 12" steps — 30 options in all.
- Lay out your artwork. Upload your PNGs, then drag, scale, rotate and duplicate them straight in your browser. Nothing to install.
- Add to cart. We print your sheet and ship it ready to press.
Sizes and pricing
A flat $1.28 per square foot at every length. Larger sheets do not cost more per inch — they simply hold more.

File requirements
- PNG files at 300 DPI with a fully transparent background.
- Sized at final print size. What you place on the sheet is exactly what we print.
- Trim the empty transparent space around each design before uploading.
- Keep edges clean and sharp. Soft or semi-transparent edges print with a visible halo.
Do not mirror your artwork. DTF prints right-reading — a mirrored file comes out backwards on the garment.
Tip: what matters is 300 DPI at the size you will actually press. Scaling a small file up in the builder will not add detail back.
What we do not do
We print your files exactly as supplied — we do not remove backgrounds, resize artwork, or repair low-resolution images. We are a printing service, not a design studio.
Check your layout before ordering. Sheets go to print as submitted.
Settings
- Temperature: 310–315°F
- Time: 10–12 seconds
- Peel: warm or hot — peel 2–3 seconds after pressing
Fine detail: if your design has small or delicate parts, cover it with a silicone or Teflon sheet and cold peel instead.
Run a test piece first. Press settings vary by garment and by machine. Press one test before committing a full run.
